ECU Tuning File Pricing
ECUFilePortal uses TuningPoints to pay for tuning file requests.
1 TuningPoint = €10
The final cost of your request depends on the tuning options you select. The total is shown clearly in the portal before you submit your ECU file.
How TuningPoints Work
Purchase TuningPoints from the Shop using Stripe.
Once payment is confirmed, the points are added to your ECUFilePortal account and are ready to use for file requests.
You can select your vehicle, ECU, and tuning options before purchasing points. A sufficient balance is only required when you submit the request.
If your balance is too low, simply purchase additional TuningPoints and continue.
Clear Pricing Before You Submit
There is no fixed price for every ECU tuning file because the final cost depends on the selected services and available tuning options.
Each option displays its TuningPoint cost directly in the portal, allowing you to review the full price before submitting your file.
Refunds
TuningPoint purchases are final and non-refundable in accordance with the Terms of Service, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

- Can I buy more TuningPoints if my balance is too low?
- Yes. You can return to the Shop, purchase additional TuningPoints, and then continue with your request.
- Can I get a refund for unused TuningPoints?
